The science

Through the Gap.
Under the attack.

Gap training teaches the ideal ball height: clear the net, stay under the barrier, drop fast and leave your opponent nothing to attack.

01

Define the window

The Gap sits between the net and the PRONET barrier. Too low fails. Too high fails. Only the ideal height passes through.

02

Keep it low after the net

A ball through the Gap drops quickly and bounces low, so your opponent has to make contact below net height.

03

Take away the attack

Remove PRONET and the habit stays. Opponents hit upward instead of speeding the ball up at you.

The science

Master the Gap.
Keep it low.

PRONET creates a controlled vertical window above the regulation net. Send the ball through the Gap — not too low, not too high — and it drops fast, bounces low and forces your opponent to hit upward.

Ideal margin

Learn the exact height that clears the net without floating.

Lower bounce

Balls drop faster, so the bounce stays under the net line.

Fewer attacks

Opponents hit upward instead of speeding the ball up.

  • Control the Gap
  • Lower trajectory
  • Lower bounce
  • Contact below net height
  • Weaker opponent response
  • More winning shots

The PRONET Gap

Net

PRONET clamps above the regulation net and opens a controlled vertical window.
